Sandblasting, electrocoating and powder-coating treatments are the main processes that we deal with. The range of services is complemented by non-standard processes such as masking, sealing, riveting and other custom treatments.

sandblasting

One of the main processes we offer is sandblasting, for which we use the two large systems located in our two facilities at Verdello and Verdellino.

electrocoating

Out of all the various coating methods currently available on the market, electrocoating has become extremely popular around the world in numerous different sectors including automotive, tractors, conditioning, heating and the industrial sector in general. Electrocoating (or electrodeposition coating) is an automated system for the coating of manufactured metal objects that is used in most cases as a primer.

powder coating

Powder-coating technology is being continually developed, with the refinements enhancing everything from the raw materials, through the formulations, all the way to the application techniques. Moreover, new applications are regularly introduced. To stay at the forefront of innovation, the suppliers of our raw materials (Inver, Akzo, Ppg, Pulverit, Europolveri and others) are equipped with the latest analytical tools and instruments for chemical and physical monitoring.
